Parenting teens is no small task, especially in the midst of an adolescent mental health crisis. Parents and kids alike struggle to foster a peaceful state of mind when faced with the demands of modern society. This workshop includes a brief overview of the neuroscience of stress, and then provides parents with practical tools and strategies for families to manage anxiety, enhance connections, and become more resilient to the stress in their lives.
