Each week you will receive a short (5 minutes-ish) video introducing  a mindfulness skill, explaining brain science behind it, and demonstrating simple for you to practice the skill with your students.

Practice

Each module focuses on a simple mindfulness activity that you can start practicing in your classroom immediately. These less than five minute activities help your students create a mindset that is ready to learn.

Integrate

Integrate these simple and fun activities into your classroom in a way that works for you. Practice as part of the morning welcome, when students are stressed, or anytime you or your students need to reset.
